As the Regional Laboratory Manager, you will organize, plan, coordinate and direct activities and ensure the efficient use of labor resources, money, and equipment to meet the goals of ProMedica.
You will keep the laboratory in good standing with all licensing and accrediting agencies and coordinate the quality assessment program. You will ensure the laboratory follows standing operating procedures for each specialty and complies with all established hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
You will prioritize equipment and supply needs for the lab and prepare and be responsible for managing expense budget performance. You will interview, hire, assign work duties and complete annual performance reviews for staff.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory service
Must be able to differentiate colors
5 years of laboratory experience with progressive leadership responsibility
Certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP)
