Manager, IT Infrastructure & Service Management
Job purpose

1) To collaborate with AP countries on IT Infra and Service Management (SM) strategic projects, with the objective of delivering successful, cost effective and efficient and on
time IT Run services to the Global Forwarding businesses.
2) Act as the single point of contact to these teams and also liaising with Telecoms partners, ITS, global and regional teams and other BUs.
3) Ensure Service Excellence, improve resiliency, accompanied with robust IT governance, best practices in secured environment and cost management optimisation.

Accountabilities
1) Support all ISM activities within Global Forwarding, AP
2) Establishes, builds and maintains strong relationships with the ISM IT Teams
3) Assists IT in defining and articulating their IT service requirements where needed
4) SPOC to both internal and external IT partners on requests and escalations
5) Reviews performance and quality across all Run Services in the region constantly improving service level and/or cost
effectively
6) Ensures projects and operations comply with full compliance with IT security, risk and continuity policies and standards
7) Support the AP ISM Head with the ISM budget
8) Supports the Global ISM functions in the definition, implementation and sharing of global best practices (policies, standards
and processes)
9) Backup and act as the SPOC to the global team and its Towers to communicate and track projects and its requirements to
achieve the set goals.

Requirements for the job

3+ years in senior IT Management roles working within large, complex multinational organizations.
10+ years experience of IT service management techniques and disciplines.
5+ years experience in working in matrix organizations with large geographically dispersed teams.
