What is the opportunity?

The Manager, Investor Services (IS) Finance – Revenue will be responsible for Performance Management Activities and Business Advisory Support for Investor Services for Balance Sheet and Revenue.

What you will do?

Point person for production of consolidated IS Revenue Forecast & Planning and monthly financials, including intra-month estimates and Revenue related deliverables for WM Platform.Partner with IS Business, Corporate Treasury, and Enterprise Finance teams to foster ongoing collaboration, advice and gain a thorough understanding of our revenue and balance sheet results with compelling storytelling in our commentaries.Assist with the development, maintenance and enhancement of complex revenue and balance sheet financial models to support strategic and regulatory reviews including enterprise-wide stress testing and sensitivity analysis.Develop accurate monthly revenue business advisory analysis and reporting as part of IS consolidated Operating results, including relevant metrics; and to ensure end-to- end transparency of reported information.Identify and perform relevant trend analysis to facilitate discussions on risk and opportunities; and provide advice to IS leadership on meeting financial targets and optimize investment decisions.Collaborate with IS teams to foster an environment of financial discipline, transparency, and accountability.Partner with Financial Controls team to ensure effective controls and governance oversight over monthly close, P&L analysis, balance sheet review and attestation, financial disclosuresContinuously improve process, find opportunities to standardize, automate and free-up capacity for value-add analysis and insightsAddress ad-hoc requests as applicable to IS Revenue in a timely manner

What you need to succeed?

Must Have

3+ years of post-qualification experience in finance with exposure to business planning processAdvanced proficiency in MS Office including Power BI, Excel and PowerPointHighly developed interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and building relationships at various organization levelsSelf-motivated – ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multi-functional teamsStrong business acumen, problem solving and analytical mindsetStrong ability to deal with ambiguity, multiple data sources, and translating data/analysis into key messages and insightsStrong communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

CPA, CFA or similar financial designation, or MBA or equivalent education.Knowledge of RBC financial systems such as EPM, SAP and Peoplesoft.Experience with financial modelling and transfer pricing revenue
