Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Monitor and control of Commercial Banking (CMB) Investment and Insurance Licensing affairsAssist the team to draft and update Policies Procedures, Compliance Announcement, Reminder to align with the latest internal and external requirementsAssist the team to drive policies, procedures implementation with self-prepared training materialsConduct regular training and awareness sessions to staff on Compliance related mattersAssist the team to work closely with frontline for provision of instant compliance advise and support functions to implement action plans, defining detailed responses and determining processPerform oversight activities on insurance and investment sales processManage, raise awareness, and assist in implementation of control within department’s sales processMaintain the Policies and Procedures to ensure an updated and comprehensive operational manual in place to support frontline and backend colleagues as well as to foster regulator’s review
