Manager, Information Security
Job Description We are seeking a Manager, Information Security to lead initiatives that strengthen fraud detection, authentication, and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) capabilities. This role will design and govern monitoring and alerting strategies across enterprise platforms, ensuring control effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and rapid incident response in a highly regulated financial environment. Skills and Requirements Experience: - 5+ years in information security, CIAM, fraud detection, or observability engineering within financial services. Technical Expertise: - Hands-on experience with Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, and Databricks for alert creation, analytics, and dashboarding. - Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect) and fraud risk indicators. Governance & Compliance: - Proven ability to design governance frameworks and monitoring programs aligned with regulatory standards (OSFI, OCC). Leadership & Communication: - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and incident response processes across geographies. - Excellent documentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. - Experience with authentication tools (ThreatMetrix, BioCatch, Document Verification Services). - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to identity and access management. - Familiarity with automation and workflow optimization for alert handling and compliance reporting. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for trend analysis and reporting. - Exposure to fraud prevention strategies and CIAM in regulated environments.
