Reporting to the Senior Manager IB Enterprise Portfolio Data & Insights, the Manager provides financial support and Data Insights to the Enterprise Portfolio Management function in Global Finance. They will also be responsible for contributing to the goals, financial tracking and reporting of initiatives of the IB Portfolio in support of the Bank’s business strategies and objectives. **Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:** + Collect, clean, validate and maintain the IB portfolio datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness and integrity of both qualitative and quantitative data across systems + Analyze cashflow and identify trends to support reviews of the IB Project Portfolio in terms of financial results including actual and forecast + Build dashboards and automate reports to track KPIs and financial health monthly and quarterly + Provide insights and recommendations to support investment and portfolio strategy + Develop and maintain documentation of processes + Work closely with the Portfolio data Optimization team to align data requirements to create a centralized repository of information + Contribute to identify and address change requirements for processes and initiatives to improve IB’s business performance and portfolio analysis + Manage the maintenance and deployment of portfolio management tool (CA PPM) and processes to provide a reliable, controlled environment for project and portfolio reporting + Contribute to the maintenance of strong financial governance through implementing best practices. + Support audit requests and the communication of financial policies, guidelines and Bank practices. + Assist the COO office in the creation of the qualitative database to support portfolio governance process + Support and encourage a customer focused culture across the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge + Develop day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank’s risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits. + Communicate the Bank’s risk culture and risk appetite statement throughout the team **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed?
