We are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, HRBP for a 6-month contract role. This position is primarily responsible for delivering strategic HR support to assigned business functions, addressing HR issues, and supporting effective HR initiatives that foster a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities:

Provide full spectrum HR support and strategic advice to assigned business unitsPartner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop tailored HR solutionsSupport organizational development initiatives across the organizationCollaborate on talent management, including resourcing strategies, succession planning, and leadership developmentImplement and improve performance management processesContribute to employee engagement initiatives and analyze survey resultsHandle employee relations cases independentlyAssist in managing HR strategic projects as assignedHandle ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 6 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner roleExperience in financial services industry preferredStrong knowledge of HR practices and organizational developmentProven track record of successfully implementing HR initiativesIn-depth understanding of HR best practices and current trendsGood knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and relevant regulationsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
