The HRIS Manager will act as a specialist in both HR and system processes. This position provides leadership, planning, change management, and project management for the design and optimization of Workday. The manager facilitates efficient and user friendly operations to meet the needs of the business and our people. Primary Responsibilities: + Overall ownership for the ongoing design, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday Human Resources Information System. + Facilitate change management, including system training, ensuring the organization is effectively utilizing the system. + Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes, and capabilities. + Recommend changes to business process/workflows to improve the delivery of HR services to the organization. + Develop and promote continuous learning within the human resources community. + Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery. + Contribute to governance process, roadmapping exercises, and cross-functional resource planning. + Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance. + Evaluate system utilization, identify system modifications and enhancements. + Ensure the day-to-day systems support is efficiently managed with a focus on providing simplified tools for users. + Support accountability for data governance, security, and compliance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: + In depth knowledge of Workday System + Understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management + Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR clients, cross-functional colleagues, including IT + Ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the business needs and situation to respond and problem solve accordingly + Strong attention to detail and follow up + Ability to focus on the most important issues and simplify complexity + Customer service mindset, with the ability to prioritize workload, and provide timely follow-up and resolution + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects Experience Required: + Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of management experience within HRIS. + Experience with Workday (required) + Strong technical and functional knowledge of HRIS systems and integrations + Project management experience + Previous HRIS experience within retail and/or a large company (5000+) highly preferred #li-remote Minimum Starting Rate: $110,400.00 Annually Up to: $138,000.00 Annually Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
