As a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, you are responsible for providing strategic support to the business. This position involves developing and executing a human resource strategy that aligns with the business and drives results for the supported location. In this role, you act as a coach and advisor to Operations partners across multiple sites or functions, helping deliver business results in line with company expectations. The HR Business Partner leverages the broader HR organization to enable strategy execution, including the expertise and resources of the Centers of Expertise (COEs) and HR Shared Services teams.

**You will contribute by:**
+ Identifying, developing, and implementing HR programs that support the business objectives and key performance priorities of the business unit.
+ Partnering with Facility Operations Leaders and serving as a trusted advisor on people, organizational, or capability implications of our business strategy.
+ Coaching and advising leaders on talent development and performance management.
+ Driving key HR initiatives, including talent management, training, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, and salary reviews.
+ Working strategically in partnership with the business to develop and implement focused workforce strategies that align with both business and HR objectives.
+ Identifying key business trends and collaborating with HR cross-functional resources to develop solutions, programs, and policies that support organizational goals.
+ Playing a critical role in embedding a talent management mindset and executing a talent agenda aligned with critical business priorities.
+ Driving the talent review process and partnering with business leadership and COEs to create Individual Development Plans and functional talent review action plans.
+ Partnering with COEs to drive focus and awareness of organizational Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives at the local level.
**We’re searching for candidates with:**
+ Working knowledge of Human Resources laws and regulations.
+ Ability to establish credibility and influence leaders.
+ Strong internal and external customer service focus.
+ Drive to deliver outstanding results across the organization.
+ Effective communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions, and levels.
+ Project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to use data to inform insights.
+ Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
+ Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
+ 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources in relevant roles.
+ Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Experience supporting hourly employee client groups.
+ Preferred experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to travel occasionally, typically for quarterly meetings.
+ Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
