Salary Mid-Point: $87,500 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Permanent

We have an amazing opportunity to join one of the top largest Financial Service organizations in Canada as a Manager, Hedge Accounting! This is not your traditional hedge accounting role, as it will be advisory focused to deal with platforms, complex accounting and pronouncements. This role gives candidates the perfect opportunity to participate in timely compliance of appropriate accounting hedge procedures and research complex accounting issues.

Responsibilities of the Manager, Hedge Accounting include but are not limited to;

Ensure provision of accurate and complete financial reporting  Manage end to end hedge workflow  Assess accounting standard changes where required

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/requirements;

CPA with 2+ years of senior accounting experience Must have Big 4 public accounting experience Strong communication and problem solver
