Are you passionate about advancing healthcare through data-driven insights and impactful research? Hologic is seeking a Manager, Outcomes Research to lead strategic initiatives that drive market access and adoption for our Breast and Skeletal Health portfolio. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to shape the future of clinical and economic evidence in women’s health.

Knowledge

In-depth understanding of health economics and outcomes research principles. Familiarity with clinical trials, scientific communications, and/or medical science liaison activities. Expertise in evaluating scientific literature, payer policies, health technology assessments, and medical guidelines. Knowledge of medical technology or imaging, and/or breast cancer or cancer screening (preferred). Proficiency in analyzing medical insurance claims and electronic health records.

Skills and Behaviors

Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Exceptional communication skills—able to clearly convey complex clinical evidence and study findings to diverse audiences (marketing, sales, R&D, clinicians, payers, and patient advocacy groups). Ability to develop clinico-economic models, scientific presentations, and peer-reviewed manuscripts. Collaborative and team-oriented approach; works effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet ambitious deadlines.

Experience

Demonstrated track record in health economics and outcomes research, clinical trials, scientific communications, and/or medical science liaison roles. Experience overseeing and coordinating external consultants and clinical collaborators in outcomes research studies. Graduate degree in health sciences, health economics, epidemiology, public health, or bioengineering (preferred). Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience will also be considered.

Additional Info:

The annualized base salary range for this role is $104,700 to $174,400 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
