Hologic is seeking a Manager, Outcomes Research to lead strategic initiatives that drive market access and adoption for our Breast and Skeletal Health portfolio. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to shape the future of clinical and economic evidence in women’s health. **Knowledge** + In-depth understanding of health economics and outcomes research principles. + Familiarity with clinical trials, scientific communications, and/or medical science liaison activities. + Expertise in evaluating scientific literature, payer policies, health technology assessments, and medical guidelines. + Knowledge of medical technology or imaging, and/or breast cancer or cancer screening (preferred). + Proficiency in analyzing medical insurance claims and electronic health records. **Skills and Behaviors** + Strong analytical and organizational abilities. + Exceptional communication skills—able to clearly convey complex clinical evidence and study findings to diverse audiences (marketing, sales, R&D, clinicians, payers, and patient advocacy groups). + Ability to develop clinico-economic models, scientific presentations, and peer-reviewed manuscripts. + Collaborative and team-oriented approach; works effectively with internal and external stakeholders. + Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment. + Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet ambitious deadlines. **Experience** + Demonstrated track record in health economics and outcomes research, clinical trials, scientific communications, and/or medical science liaison roles. + Experience overseeing and coordinating external consultants and clinical collaborators in outcomes research studies. + Graduate degree in health sciences, health economics, epidemiology, public health, or bioengineering (preferred). + Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience will also be considered. **Ready to make a difference in women’s health?
