The Manager of GTM strategy and analytics will drive strategic execution excellence across Samsung’s mobile ecosystem by leading data-driven go-to-market optimization, competitive intelligence, and cross-channel performance analysis. SEA mobile launches over 40 SKU’s that require the collaboration of over 16 teams both locally and globally. This is a unique and highly visible role within the Product Management organization with direct engagement with C-level executives. This role serves as a critical bridge between strategic vision and market execution, ensuring Samsung’s go-to-market strategies translate into measurable competitive advantage and revenue growth. This position reports to the Sr. Director of PMO.

Role and Responsibilities

Competitive landscape monitoring – establish comprehensive GTM competitive intelligence framework tracking market positioning, pricing strategies and launch activities across mobile ecosystem competitors and develop GTM architecture to help align product launches and guiding attach strategyStrategic insights generation – synthesize insights across categories and market data into actionable strategic recommendation to inform GTM strategy and make recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional teamsChannel performance optimization – analyse performance across Samsung’s complete channel ecosystem (Samsung.com, carriers, strategic accounts) to drive revenue and market share growthCustomer journey analytics – Map and optimize customer acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and retention metrics across channelsROI measurement – establish comprehensive measurement framework linking go-to-market initiatives to business outcomes Stakeholder management – Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, and retail to ensure data-driven strategic alignment and support unified go-to-market executionAnalyse, understand, and articulate the GTM strategy, plan and timelines across functions and determine the strength of the total GTM plan across teams relative to previous years and targetLaunch performance analysis – evaluate post-launch performance metrics to inform and optimize future go-to-market strategies and execution Ensure all GTM deliverables are aligned with business priorities and objectives

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business management, marketing or related field with 6+ years of directly related experience is requiredProject management experienceMust have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite and extensive use of Windows presentation software in an NT LAN/WAN network environmentExperience with project management visualizationExperience using Jira and Confluence to manage projectsExperience storytelling with data in PowerPointSelf-starter with excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and detailed orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProduct or category management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive experience in business strategy, analytics, OKR development and launch planning is strongly preferredPrior experience in a technology environment preferred.Experience working with multinational companies.MBA or advanced degree in relevant fieldGo-to-market experience: direct experience in channel strategy, pricing optimization, or competitive positioningExperience managing 100+ person matrixed teamsExperience with Agile SAFE methodology a plus
