The Raytheon Global Trade team is seeking a Manager, Global Trade -Requirements, Tools and Governance (RTG).  This role reports directly to the Director, Global Trade Requirements, Tools and Governance and will focus on monitoring regulatory changes, managing projects, drafting procedures and maintaining global trade automated tools in order to strengthen the trade compliance program at the Raytheon business unit. The ideal candidate has global trade expertise, automation and regulatory experience.  

What You Will Do

Plan and carry out Global Trade command media changes, including drafting and revising policies and procedures to reflect new requirements or enhance complianceCoordinate with other functions’ command media representatives to ensure Global Trade requirements remain embedded in other functions’ requirementsUse your expertise in global trade command media and tools to propose efficiencies and solutions to enhance Raytheon’s Global Trade program.Manage large projects within the GT Program Office team that include working across all pillars of the Global Trade program.Enhance and manage the regulatory change process to ensure that Global Trade tools and Command Media remain current to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experienceExperience in full cycle project development and implementation or related Project Management ownership experienceU.S Person (U.S Citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

Experience working within Raytheon’s Global Trade toolsExperience with Department of State and Department of Commerce license and agreement applications and other authorization requests and/or Global Trade compliance within the ITAR, EAR, and/or sanctions regulationsDemonstrated ability to work independently, manage time and resources, organize, and prioritize work across multiple projectsAbility to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholdersInstructional design experience and strong written and oral communication and presentation skills, collaborative and proactive style, especially in a virtual environment

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
