As a Manager of Global Strategy Texture, you will work with members of the Texture & Healthful (T&HS) Solutions Business leadership, Corporate & Regional Strategy teams, and Senior Leadership to drive robust and detailed strategies for Ingredion’s T&HS business. Part of a global team, this role contributes to the realization of Ingredion’s Winning Aspiration to be the customer-preferred texturizing and healthful solutions supplier and thought-leader through our broad portfolio, extensive customer insight and market-leading cost-in-use position that addresses consumer expectations spanning affordability, premiumization and/or clean label requirements.

The Manager reports to the Director, Global Strategy, Texture Solutions

What you will do (Responsibilities):

Drive development of select growth strategy projects; from research design, data collection, analysis to output and strategic recommendations presentation Drive creation of select key senior leadership communication reports including analysis, visualization, communication, and stakeholder managementSupport the Director of Global Strategy with aspects of the annual Global Strategic Business planning and associated tasksHelp drive M&A and partnership management activities. Partner with Corporate M&A to gauge attractiveness and fit assessment of select potential M&A and Strategic Partnership prospects

 

What you will bring (Experience and Knowledge):

Years of work experience in management consulting or roles with strong elements of strategy development and implementationFamiliarity with Business Strategy development process and comfortable owning and driving strategy projects end to endDemonstrated ability to lead by influence across a matrix organizationBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business, MBA is preferredFood science & food industry background will be a plusHighly skilled with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointQualified candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the US

Pay Range:

$119,520.00-$159,360.00 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
