Job Overview:
Manager, Global Risk and Financial Mgt is responsible for leading a small team of collectors within a larger global AR organization, with direct accountability for portfolio performance, process execution, and team effectiveness. This role requires a hands‑on manager with strong collections experience, the ability and drive to operate in a fast‑paced environment, and a proven track record of managing people while driving results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of AR/Collections professionals, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedbackSet priorities, monitor workloads, and ensure timely follow‑up across assigned portfoliosEstablish consistent standards for collection activity, documentation, and client communicationReview aging regularly and drive actions to reduce delinquency and mitigate riskEnsure accurate documentation of collection activity, commitments, and next steps

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or BusinessPrior people‑management experience5 + years of relevant experience in a B2B environmentProficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPointAdvanced level of EnglishAbility to proactively identify complex problems and develop effective solutions or recommendationsStrong organizational skillsStrong understanding of AR aging, collections strategy, dispute management, and cash application conceptsExposure to ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle) and AR reporting tools
