As Manager within our Global Inventory Center of Excellence (COE), you’ll guide a sub-team responsible for critical technical accounting topics, drive process improvements, and collaborate across functions to ensure excellence in inventory reporting. What You Will Do

Lead technical accounting for inventory topics including Gross Inventory, GRNI/GIT, E&O reserves, Costing/Revaluation, UPI, PPV, and Loaner InstrumentationManage month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and compliance with corporate policiesCollaborate with Divisional Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Global Finance Service Centers to align accounting processes and resolve issuesReview and approve complex journal entries and support compliance activities including SOX-related controlsBuild, manage, and develop a team of accounting professionals, setting objectives and conducting performance reviewsSupport internal and external audits by ensuring documentation and controls are accurate, timely, and completeDrive process improvements and contribute to system implementations, transitions, and integrationsProvide strategic input for forecasting and planning processes within the Inventory COE

What You Will Need

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalentMinimum 8 years of experience in Audit, Accounting, or FinanceMinimum 3 years of experience in a people management roleFluent in EnglishStrong knowledge of US GAAPExperience with inventory accounting topicsFamiliarity with SOX compliance requirements

Preferred

Master’s degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA certificationExperience with Oracle ERP systemsSAP experienceAdditional language skills (Polish or Dutch)

Travel Percentage: 10%
