Job Profile Summary This leader is responsible for overall process efficiency, data integrity, and proactively analyzing business opportunities alongside technical processes, to streamline, automate and improve our Workday Recruiting platform. This leader will provide strategic management and guidance to Subject Matter Experts, Business Processes Leaders, and Project Teams; serving as a project lead when any additional system implementations, upgrades or changes occur. They are responsible for leading a team of colleagues to provide functional and analytical support around one-two core HR business processes. The Global HRIS Manager will work with the Global HRIS Director and HR Governance/Programs colleagues to prioritize enhancements rolled out to the organization as well as continue to monitor the security, efficiency and effectiveness of the Workday solution when compared to Sysco’s strategic vision for operations, risk, controls, and security profile. Summary:

This leader will provide strategic management and guidance to Subject Matter Experts, Business Processes Leaders, and Project Teams; serving as a project lead when any additional system implementations, upgrades or changes occur. They are responsible for leading a team of colleagues to provide functional and analytical support. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead a team of 4-6 analysts/Sr analysts during requirements gathering, configuration and the creation and execution of functional testing

Partner with various HR leaders and help define HRIS strategy and roadmap and ensure alignment with business needs

Collaborate with functional and technical system stakeholders to streamline processes, advise on new functionality, and promote user adoption

Leverage knowledge of Workday Recruiting to work with Sysco business stakeholders to establish governance processes, identify and document requirements, architect solutions, and drive completion of initiatives making sure overall usability of the system and its downstream dependencies are reliable

Offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity

Understand, define, and communicate prioritization of product requirements with a mind toward business value and tradeoffs

Assist with issue resolution

Support team members as they engage with stakeholders, build a backlog, and deliver work

Maintain knowledge on new functionality/features/capabilities of Workday Recruiting, market trends, and other industry products and technologies

Collaborate with functional HR leaders and drive business process improvements by leveraging technology (Workday) and liaising with the IT teams and vendor partners, as needed

Build a high-performing team that focuses on customer service while increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the HRIS function

Advise COEs on technology capabilities; Understand needs of COEs, prioritize enhancement requests, and uncover opportunities for automation.

Have an in-depth understanding of business processes related to specific areas of Workday Recruiting, including understanding of end-to-end Workday integration points.

ABILITIES AND SKILLS:

The successful candidate will be discreet, high-energy, agile-minded, strategic, proactive, a direct communicator, and highly organized. In addition, the following standards will generally define the successful incumbent:

Proven track record of Workday Recruiting requirements gathering and configuration management

Strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills required

Exceptional people skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users

Strength in both written and verbal communication in a multicultural environment with all levels of colleagues Experience with Workday reporting and dashboards preferred

Self-motivated, organized and capable of proactively identifying, sourcing, and handling multiple projects to successful completion

Willingness to work hard and take direction—but also creatively solve problems for which the answers aren’t always obvious

Experience managing global initiatives and ability to navigate through ambiguity/re-prioritize as requirements and direction change

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to demonstrate executive presence

Strong computer skills: proficient with MS Outlook, Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of experience in implementing HR applications, specifically Workday Recruiting

2+ years in HRIS leadership role, demonstrating a strong understanding of Workday Recruiting business processes

Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions within Workday and working cross functionally across global teams.

Experience working with Workday account team and third-party implementation and system integration vendors.

Understanding of key HR concepts and processes.

Experience with focus on design, development, testing and delivery.

Familiarity with SOX controls and awareness of technical security operations and information security standards.

Experience working in a global company required

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION

Associate’s degree in related discipline or an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
