**Your New Role...**
The Manager, Global Franchise supports the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns and brand activations for Warner Bros. Discovery’s iconic animation franchises (Tom & Jerry, Looney Tunes, Scooby-Doo, etc.) as well as the launch of new original IP. This role partners closely with global WBD divisions and external partners to bring campaigns and activations to life across regions. Reporting to the VP, Global Franchise, the Manager contributes to the development of marketing strategies and toolkits, coordinates day-to-day campaign activities, and ensures consistent brand stewardship and adherence to guidelines worldwide.
This role is ideal for a consumer-obsessed, creative marketer who thrives in cross-functional environments. The Manager will translate franchise strategies into actionable marketing plans, support communication across teams, and track progress toward key business and franchise goals. Strong presentation and deck-building skills are essential.
**Your Role Accountabilities...**
+ Contribute to long-range franchise plans that drive revenue and sustained annual growth across all lines of business, ensuring alignment with overall WBD strategic goals. Participate in workstreams and, at times, lead smaller workstreams within the development of strategic brand plans.
+ Support the development and execution of global and regional marketing campaigns and tentpole franchise programs (e.g., Scoobtober, Cheese Day, Rabbit Season, Anniversary campaigns) from ideation and agency engagement through execution, coordinating day-to-day activities with internal WBD divisions, regional teams, and external partners to ensure alignment with brand vision and positioning.
+ Create compelling presentations that synthesize key data, strategic recommendations, and campaign results into clear, visually engaging narratives that rally internal and external stakeholders. Strong deck-building, design and storytelling skills are essential.
+ Contribute to the development of franchise narratives, integrating stories across all touchpoints in the WBD flywheel (e.g., Consumer Products, Themed Entertainment, Games, Studio Tours, Content).
+ Assist in building and distributing marketing toolkits, campaign guides, and creative assets that enable regions and partners to execute campaigns consistently and effectively.
+ Develop, maintain and apply brand guidelines across all marketing efforts, ensuring consistency of creative, messaging, and design. Collaborate with creative directors to uphold canon and ensure story remains central to all development.
+ Maintain franchise calendars and trackers, keeping internal stakeholders regularly updated on key priorities, campaigns, and cross-BU activations.
+ Partner with insights and analytics teams to track campaign performance, compile results, and surface key learnings to improve future activations.
+ Prepare materials and talking points for leadership meetings, franchise reviews, and cross-divisional updates, ensuring franchise strategies are clearly communicated.
+ Partner with the Franchise Digital team to ensure marketing campaigns come to life across all owned channels and resonate with fans.
+ Support the exchange of best practices and learnings across divisions and regions to build consistency and efficiency in marketing efforts.
**Qualifications & Experience...**
**Work Experience**
+ Minimum of 3-5 years experience working on a brand, franchise marketing, integrated marketing, brand analytics or brand and franchise management
+ Experience bringing content to life through product innovation and experiences
+ Experience conducting data driven analyses to inform business decisions
+ Proven success in project management and execution required
**Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification**
+ 4 yr college degree required
+ MBA or similar preferred
**Knowledge/Skills**
+ Ability to convert story and narrative into products, campaigns, and fan experiences.
+ Ability to think strategically when planning across multiple consumer touchpoints.
+ Creative and collaborative mindset with comfort ideating and contributing to new campaign and activation concepts.
+ Excellent presentation and deck-building skills; able to distill complex strategies and data into clear, visually compelling narratives that inspire and align stakeholders.
+ Excellent project management, prioritization and planning skills
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven track-record in communicating with all levels of staff, internal divisions and external stakeholders
+ Strong analytic skills, ability to analyze and synthetize data across disparate sources to answer a business question
+ Familiarity with extending campaigns into digital and social spaces to drive fan engagement.
+ Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and excellent judgment.
+ Strong at managing workflow to meet tight deadlines while handling high volume of work. Attention to detail
+ Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and productive demeanor
+ High proficiency with MS Office products
+ Ability to travel

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $83,090.00 - $154,310.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
