Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
The Manager, Global Clearing Platforms – Governance & Delivery Enablement is a high trust, high visibility role that acts as direct support to the Director and Management team responsible for Global Clearing capabilities. The role is accountable for structuring day to day operations, managing governance forums, coordinating senior level engagement, and producing clear, decision ready materials that enable efficient leadership oversight and execution.
The incumbent is expected to demonstrate exceptional organization, coordination, and communication skills, with advanced capability in Microsoft Office tools—particularly PowerPoint—to rapidly distill complex inputs into clear messaging for a diverse and senior stakeholder audience.
This role also contributes to the ongoing evolution of the delivery model by developing frameworks, improving operating rhythms, and leveraging agentic AI and emergent technologies to increase efficiency, consistency, and insight.
What you'll do:
• Act as a primary organizing force for Global Clearing leadership, ensuring priorities, commitments, and deliverables are clearly structured and tracked.
• Provide direct, day‑to‑day support to the Director, anticipating needs and ensuring materials and information are prepared in advance of key engagements.
• Maintain a clear view of initiatives, dependencies, and decision points across Global Clearing capabilities.
• Support the definition and continuous improvement of the operating model, governance cadence, and leadership workflows.
• Own the coordination, preparation, and follow‑up for regularly held governance forums, leadership meetings, and decision bodies.
• Develop agendas, curate inputs, and ensure materials are focused on decisions, risks, and outcomes rather than raw status.
• Capture actions, decisions, and commitments; track follow‑through and escalate gaps as needed.
• Ensure consistency of messaging and alignment across governance bodies and senior‑leadership audiences.
• Produce and continuously improve executive‑ready materials, including presentations, briefing packs, dashboards, and summaries.
• Use advanced PowerPoint capabilities to quickly synthesize complex information into clear narratives, visuals, and frameworks.
• Tailor messaging for diverse audiences across business, operations, technology, finance, risk, and executive leadership.
• Apply strong judgment in determining what to elevate, what to condense, and what to escalate.
• Develop, refine, and maintain frameworks, templates, and standards that improve consistency, clarity, and execution across Global Clearing initiatives.
• Help structure the most efficient delivery model possible, reducing friction, duplication, and ambiguity.
• Support alignment between strategy, execution, and governance through clear structure and process discipline.
• Leverage agentic AI tools and emerging technologies to:
• Accelerate synthesis of materials and insights
• Improve tracking, coordination, and information flow
• Enhance consistency and quality of reporting and communications
• Identify opportunities where automation or intelligent tooling can improve efficiency, without compromising controls, accountability, or risk posture.
• Work within established governance and risk expectations for the responsible use of AI‑enabled capabilities.
• Act as a coordinating point to consolidate perspectives into integrated views, reducing fragmented or conflicting messaging.
• Build productive working relationships across teams without formal authority.
• Ensure alignment with established GTB and enterprise reporting expectations.
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
• Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.
What you'll bring:
• 3+ years of experience in banking, payments, transformation, governance, or complex enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or operating within executive governance structures strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear, decision‑ready outputs.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with or applying automation, analytics, or AI‑enabled tools for productivity and insight is an asset.
