We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Fraud Analytics.

Principal responsibilities

Prepare and deliver accurate and timely Management Information (MI) reports that support all operations functions under FCS (Collection, Fraud, underwriting and Bureau).

Oversee the ongoing monitoring of risk exposures, ensuring all activities align with established risk limits and appetite.

Apply data analytics tools to analyze, review, and present risk and MIS reports, providing clear visualizations and actionable insights for senior management.

Enhance and maintain reporting frameworks, continuously improving the efficiency and clarity of risk data presentation.

Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure all relevant data and Management Information are available, supporting smooth and effective operational processes.

Lead and manage a team to ensure their deliverables and performance consistently align with the company’s strategic objectives and business goals.

University degree in Business Management, Quantitative Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or a professional qualification.

Strong analytical skills with experience in SAS programming, SQL, and Python.

Strong financial acumen with an understanding of credit risk principles or fraud control, along with knowledge and experience in local practices and strategies.

Experience in delivering management information (MI) projects with various stakeholders, and familiarity with visualization tools such as Qliksense, Tableau, and Looker Studio is an added advantage.

Leadership and organizational skills with experience in managing a team, overseeing daily operations, people management, team performance, and successful project delivery.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
