This is an opportunity within the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) as the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager for the Long Range Plan (LRP) and Capital, reporting the LADS FP&A Associate Director for LRP, Strategy, and Investments. The LADS SBU has revenues of ~$7B in 2025 and is rapidly growing each year to meet increased demand. This role will serve as a valued business partner within the LADS SBU, interacting with the Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) teams and cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. This position oversees a wide spectrum of FP&A activities for the LADS SBU. The FP&A Manager will coordinate LRP and Capital deliverables while supporting executive presentations for the LADS Leadership Team and RAY HQ FP&A. This role will interface with cross-functional leaders to understand investment business cases, capacity, and business strategy. The FP&A Manager provides tactical coordination and validation activities while coaching, training, and developing one direct report and matrixed employees within LADS FP&A. The ideal candidate for this role should be a strategic business thinker, team orientated, proactive, self driven, possessing strong technical knowledge of financial planning processes, have good problem-solving abilities, and be capable of messaging through all levels. _This position is being offered in an onsite capacity and based on the needs of the business. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
