We are seeking a **Manager, Fiscal Coordination, LATAM** to support the development and execution of a consistent, aligned fiscal and tax policy agenda across Latin America. This role is pivotal in ensuring that local markets pursue tax-related public policy positions that are aligned with global and regional guidelines, while remaining responsive to local realities. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability, sound fiscal policy knowledge, and the ability to coordinate, advise, and influence across a diverse, matrixed region.

**What You'll Do for Us**
+ **Support the Senior Director, Policy & Business Strategy, LATAM** in coordinating a consistent regional approach to fiscal and tax policy across all Latin American markets.
+ **Develop, maintain, and socialize** a regional **Fiscal Policy Best Practices Guide** , ensuring alignment with global standards and adaptability to local regulatory environments.
+ **Analyze fiscal policy developments** across LATAM markets, identifying risks, opportunities, and inconsistencies, and translating insights into clear recommendations for regional and local teams.
+ **Advise and support local PACS and public affairs teams** on global best practices related to tax policy, fiscal regulation, and advocacy approaches.
+ **Enable alignment between local, regional, and global agendas** , partnering closely with PACS, Finance, Legal, and Tax teams to ensure cohesive positioning.
+ **Engage with industry associations and external stakeholders** to benchmark approaches, exchange best practices, and strengthen Coca-Cola's regional policy perspective.
+ **Support the execution of the PACS Annual Business Plan (ABP)** for fiscal policy priorities, including coordination of regional initiatives, tracking of progress, and contribution to performance management.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Economics, Law, Public Policy, International Relations, or related field preferred.
+ Solid experience (typically 6-8 years) in public policy, government relations, fiscal policy, or regulatory affairs, ideally within multinational companies, industry associations, or public institutions.
+ Strong technical understanding of tax policy, fiscal regulation, and economic policy frameworks, with regional or multi-country exposure in Latin America.
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze complex regulatory and fiscal topics and translate them into practical guidance for non-technical audiences.
+ Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments, coordinating with multiple stakeholders across geographies.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the credibility to advise and influence peers and senior stakeholders.
+ High level of organization, attention to detail, and accountability in managing regional initiatives and deliverables.
+ English required; Spanish highly desirable due to regional scope.
