Your Mission:
Little Caesars is seeking a dynamic Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the US Distribution finance team within our Global Services organization. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring strategic financial decision-making and driving business performance. Reporting directly to the Director, Global Supply Chain Finance, you will help grow and foster a world-class finance team dedicated to delivering financial excellence and process optimization across the organization. This newly established position provides an opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment and will demand an intellectually curious individual with a sharp analytical mind. 

How You’ll Make an Impact:
• Lead Financial Insights and Optimization: Engage in hands on analytics supporting both projects and ad-hoc requests, drive insights from financial statement analysis, prepare accurate financial forecasts, drive the annual budget process, and craft compelling reporting and/or presentations aimed at maximizing profitability and return on investment. 

• Collaborate and Influence: Partner closely with peers and senior management across diverse departments including Warehouse operations, Transportation, Accounting, Procurement. HR, and IT to enhance financial performance and drive operational efficiency.
•    Process Enhancement: Develop and improve financial processes to support US Distribution initiatives and other organizational goals.
•    Executive Reporting: Manage periodic executive reporting and track key performance indicators with precision and timeliness.
•    Mentor and Develop: Provide mentorship and ongoing coaching to a team of 2-3 direct reports, fostering a culture that is rooted in excellence and continuous improvement.

•    Critical thinking: Take ownership of the US Distribution P&L and seek out opportunities proactively for new initiatives, ensuring a focus on financial and operational excellence.
•    Deliver Insight: Deliver sound financial budgets and forecasts while continuing to emphasize the impact of key financial metrics for strategic decision-making. 

Who You Are:
•    Strategic Leader: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
•    Experienced Leader: Minimum of seven (7) years in roles requiring advanced financial analysis with at least (3) years of people management experience.
•    Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, analytical tools, financial reporting systems, Power BI and advanced excel proficiency.
•    Collaborative Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex financial concepts effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
