Join us to create a career worth celebrating. **Purpose of Role:** The FP&A Manager will provide leadership in financial planning and analysis, preparing financial reports, developing annual operating budgets, and supporting business planning processes. This role involves performing extensive financial analysis to bring insights from different business dimensions and ensuring the delivery of robust annual plans, monthly performance rhythms, and timely forecasting. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Leadership & Planning:** + Own the planning system to ensure market plans/outlooks are accurately reflected at the market level. + Partner with in-market finance and regional teams on forecast and planning cycles, including productivity and strategic projects. + Lead and provide guidance within teams related to planning, analysis, and forecasting. + **Financial Analysis & Reporting:** + Lead and deliver monthly management reporting processes (e.g., business performance reports and decks, landing report). + Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide actionable insights that drive business performance improvements. + Deliver accurate forecasts based on trends and stakeholder information. + Support finance processes requiring business judgment; provide thorough analysis as needed to support high quality decision marking. + Play a key role in preparing and submitting the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan. + **Stakeholder Engagement:** + Partner with business units/functions to drive performance through financial/commercial expertise. + Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor by delivering timely information and insights that influence strategic decisions. + **Team Leadership:** + Coach and guide FP&A direct reports. + Ensure team adherence to policies/procedures. **Requirements:** + Degree educated in finance/accounting/business or equivalent experience. + Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Financial Controlling. + Proven accounting experience within a global FMCG or dynamic operating environment; shared services experience is advantageous. + Strong background in financial/commercial analysis with excellent stakeholder communication skills across diverse markets/cultures. + Proficiency in BW, SAP, PowerBI solutions; ability to address system-related challenges effectively. + Fluent English language skills. **Flexible Working Statement** Flexibility is key to our success.
