Position Summary

Financial management of IOMS P&L and support and business partner to General Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead the monthly/quarterly financial and management forecasting and reporting process.Independent analysis of P&L includes all metrics and analysis reporting with recommendations.Support booking and revenue forecasting, including alignment with global sales teams.Collaborate with operations leaders, product management, and marketing to drive the monthly global SIOP process as well as business growth in a profitable way.Providing meaningful financial information as a basis for business decisionsModelling the impact of EBITA and profitability on different business dynamics and recommending measures to improve them.Identify and develop initiatives to constantly improve performance of the business, including margin expansion (product mix, pricing, efficiency)Management of consolidation activities around the annual budget (AOP) and the strategic plan (STRAP)Collaborate with all functions to proactively explain and understand relevant analytical facts and report on business performance to the AAT Sr. Finance Director and GMsIndependent and continuous improvement and standardization of reporting and flexible use of new methods or tools during implementationCarry out special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required.Lead and develop assigned staff to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management; preferably MBAExperience as a financial or business analyst in management positionsSAP experience required.Experience with Hyperion or Oracle/Essbase as well as very good Excel/Access skillsExperience in an international operating and company; desirable in the world's leading businessVery good knowledge of English, both written and spokenSelf-motivated; High degree of willingness to act and timely project completion.Strong analytical skills with experience in developing business processes and system improvements to increase efficiency.Effective oral and written communication and presentation skillsHas strong leadership skills and an initiative/creativity in terms of change management.
