About the Role

Assist the senior manager for the management reporting team in handling various operations and reporting tasks besides projectsRoles and ResponsibilitiesFor the management reporting function:Assist / lead, manage and oversee the management reporting team matters comprising of:Structure of each business via cost centresForecasting and budgeting process and reportingInter-company billings and collectionsMonthly closing activitiesGroup reporting mattersControls and risk management mattersAssist / lead and manage the finance projects and other ad-hoc activitiesAssist / lead escalation from key various stakeholders, both internal like business teams, group functions and external partiesDrive continuous team service improvement initiatives in improving service quality and efficiency, fostering an environment of innovation and process optimizationAssist / lead and manage external parties - auditors, tax agents and etc.Assist / lead, manage, coach and develop team members on both technical and soft skills in delivering BAU services to businessGovern and oversee the compliance process with regards to accounting regulations, IFRS, Companies Act, tax laws, Group policies and procedures and ensure the complianceJob RequirementsEducation Possess a relevant bachelor’s degree with an accredited university or a professional qualification (ACCA or CIMA or CPA or etc.)Relevant Experience At least 8 years working experience in accounting and finance function especially in financial or management reporting. External audit experience is an added advantage.Language/Skills: Strong accounting knowledge, practices, standards, law and regulations. Exposure to tax is an added advantage.Good management and interpersonal skillsAdvanced computer skills on MS Office, SAP system and subsystemsPersonality: Must be able to multitask, willing to learn, possess positive attitude and well-organised
