Forge Senior Managers lead enterprise-critical system design across DaVita’s field operations. This role drives large-scale, cross-functional transformation efforts from ambiguity to impact - translating complexity into structured solutions that deliver results at scale.

Senior Managers serve as end-to-end system owners and delivery leads. They shape strategy, orchestrate cross-functional execution, coach teammates, and serve as key thought partners to senior leaders. Their work unlocks clarity, accelerates behavior change, and powers the rhythms that help the Village run better.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

System Design & Strategic Framing

Define and evolve operating models (roles, rhythms, rules, metrics) across core business systems

Identify structural gaps and latent opportunity through system mapping and behavioral insight

Lead DUFV framing, assumption validation, and MVP design to guide confident learning and scale

Project Ownership & Execution

Lead multi-lane initiatives from discovery through scale, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery discipline

Anticipate and resolve blockers across teams, systems, and stakeholders with urgency and creativity

Balance rigor and speed, making high-quality decisions even under resource constraints or ambiguity

Analytical Rigor & Business Insight

Drive insight synthesis across discovery, pilots, and adoption data—integrating qualitative, quantitative, and contextual signals

Translate analysis into business cases, investment logic, and enterprise tradeoffs

Frame strategic decisions by weighing cost, value, risk, and long-term system impact

 Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

Navigate cross-functional dynamics to align executive sponsors, field leaders, and delivery partners

Frame and facilitate complex decisions—clarifying tradeoffs, surfacing risks, and guiding action

Own senior relationships and influence strategy to ensure shared purpose and adoption success

 Communication & Storytelling

Craft compelling narratives that connect insight to action across varied stakeholder groups

Build executive-ready materials (memos, decks, briefings) that drive alignment and momentum

Coach team members on structure, clarity, and tone to elevate team-wide communication quality

Team Leadership & Culture

Mentor analysts, managers, and peers—stretching team capability through feedback and opportunity

Model Forge cultural values: humility, urgency, learning velocity, excellence, and trust

Contribute to internal systems for performance, feedback, and team cohesion across sub-teams

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE6–10+ years of progressive experience in consulting, strategy, product, or operational transformation

Proven success leading multi-track, multi-stakeholder system design or transformation initiatives

Deep experience in ambiguous problem framing, structured testing, and strategic delivery

Strong communication and influence skills; able to synthesize complex insight into clear, actionable guidance

Experience coaching others and building inclusive, growth-oriented teams

Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, etc.); healthcare or service operations experience a plus

The Salary Range for the role is $84,000.00 - $133,000.00 per year.
