Manager, FCC, Emerging MarketsWhat does a successful Manager of Financial Crimes Compliance & Emerging Markets do?
A successful Manager of Financial Crimes Compliance & Emerging Markets ensures regulatory compliance and manages risk across high-risk verticals such as gaming, sports wagering, money services businesses, and cryptocurrency. This role provides strategic guidance, executes compliance monitoring and testing, and supports business initiatives while aligning with Fiserv’s regulatory obligations and risk mitigation strategies.
What you will do:
Provide guidance on legal, regulatory, and compliance programs and strategies.Review and analyze new and existing business opportunities across payment acceptance channels.Deliver detailed recommendations and risk assessments in line with regulatory requirements.Execute compliance monitoring and testing for various verticals.Develop, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, and programs to minimize risk.Foster a common vision and provide clear direction within FCC and across departments.Supervise professional and administrative staff across multiple geographic locations.Represent Fiserv at industry events and provide subject matter expertise.Take initiative and recommend enhancements to team processes and practices.What you will need to have:
4+ years of relevant experience in financial services, regulatory agencies, or law firms.CAMS certification or equivalent.Experience in AML compliance and regulatory compliance.Experience with compliance monitoring and testing execution.Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent military experience.What would be great to have:
JD or other graduate degree.5+ years of experience with financial crimes compliance systems.Experience in the payment processing industry.Experience with governance, risk, and typologies in BSA/AML regulations.Experience managing complex issues and high-profile clients.Experience in an independent and collaborative working environment.Important information about this role:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Salary Range
$99,900.00 - $167,800.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
