About this team

The Store Development team spearheads the company’s brick and mortar growth through the acquisition, design, construction and maintenance of new stores. While helping our organization expand its footprint in APAC, we are also responsible for keeping internal stakeholders closely informed as we become a truly global company.


A day in the life 

Based in our Hong Kong office,you will partner with facility specialist, work closely with our stores, vendors and other internal teams to provide facilities support to all stores throughout our APAC markets.

 

Responsible for store & office daily facility issues solving.Regularly check store facilities, identify defects, risks, opportunities, arrange and implement further actions. Work closely with construction team for DLP expire inspection, making good actions management.Review and monitor the performance of contractors, vendors.Smart tools development and SOP optimization. Budget setting and managing, coordinate with internal partners to process payments. Manage and maintain contracts, data base, monthly/yearly report


Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or equivalent8+ years proven facilities experience within commercial and/or retail industryFluency in English communicationMust be able to handle multiple tasks, deal with contractors and adept in solving problems with efficiency and proper arrangements. Has strong sense of responsibility, attention to details and the ability to communicate complex issues in laymen’s termsExcellent office software skillsOpen and effective cross-functional collaboration skillsPossess organizational, time management, and troubleshooting competence Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given timeSpeed, efficiency and ability to meet deadlines under pressureHighly motivated, detail-oriented and dependableStrong team player and capable of working independentlyOpen minded, a fun and outgoing personality
