Your ‘day to day’:

This position will oversee important alternative resourcing strategies, namely the use of third-party workers, temporary inter-company assignments, and accelerated development programs. These strategies will play a vital role in proving flexible resources at the right time and cost, complementing our traditional talent acquisition of PMI employees.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including P&C, procurement, and legal teams, to set up and manage a range of preferred partners to supply supplemental workforce solutions to support flexible staffing needs.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to third-party workforce management.Create and provide guidance to the organization for when and how to access supplemental workforce solutions.Set standards and manage relationships with vendors and agencies to ensure the quality and efficiency of services provided.Create protocols for onboarding, training, and integration of TPW into the organization.Monitor and evaluate the performance of TPW and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Partner with Internal Talent Management and Internal Mobility teams to match short term business needs with the development of high potentials in the form of internal job assignments from 12-24 months.Partner with Learning & Development team on pilot of early career development programs including intern and rotational accelerated development programs.

 

Who we’re looking for:

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.Commutable distance to Stamford, CT.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.10+ years of experience in talent development, HR, or a related field.Proven experience in managing early career development programs or similar initiatives.Familiarity with talent management software and tools.Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to third party and temporary workers.

 

Annual Base Salary Range: $149,600 - $187,000
