DoD Clearance: SecretCollins Aerospace is offering an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Estimating and Pricing to join our growing and dynamic Mission Systems Pricing and Cost Estimating team. As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in developing innovative proposals for both the Navy and Air Force, helping shape the future of defense technology within our Ejection & Propulsion portfolio. In this position, you'll lead the development of complex financial summaries, providing senior management with essential insights for strategic business decisions. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration, innovation, and effective decision-making. Your expertise in cost burdening and fee application will ensure accuracy in the buildup of proposal cost/price, while setting the foundation for successful fact-findings and negotiations. You'll lead the proposal team in identifying and quantifying risks and opportunities and guide them through internal and external audits with confidence. Your attention to detail will be vital in ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, establishing a culture of excellence within the organization.

What You Will Do
Compiles cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of very complex proposals in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) for submission in response to request for proposal (RFP)
Thoroughly understands cost burdening and fee application to accurately build up proposal cost/price
Prepares complex financial summaries, performs detailed analysis, and breaks down complex information into key takeaways allowing Senior Management to make informed business decisions
Partners with contracts and is capable of leading customer fact-finding, negotiations, and DCAA/DCMA audits
Collaborates with leadership and various functional teams to gather information, share insights, and facilitate informed decision-making
Assesses the financial implications of pricing strategies and ensures accuracy and integrity of current cost and pricing data
Leads the proposal team in identifying, assessing, and quantifying proposal risks and/or opportunities
Participates in internal/external audits with limited supervision
Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures and FAR/DFARS requirements
Ability to travel domestic less than 10%
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

Demonstrated ability to think analytically, solve complex problems and convert complex data to actionable information
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate financial calculations and analysis.
Willingness to make timely decisions and accurate judgements
Ability to assess, prioritize and handle multiple proposals at the same time.
Experience with SAP, BMW, PARS, ProPricer and MS Excel
Functional knowledge of FAR, DFARs and General Accepted Accounting Principles
Knowledge of U.S. Government Contracting Regulations

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
