Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Manager-level contractor to join global ERP Accelerate program. This role will serve as a key leader within the Forecast-to-Plan (FTP) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) teams, supporting the successful implementation of SAP IBP and end-to-end supply planning processes across multiple manufacturing sites. This individual will take ownership of planning readiness, site engagement, testing coordination, training execution, and go-live success for assigned divisions and specific sites. The ideal candidate combines strong SAP IBP expertise with excellent interpersonal skills, operational discipline, and a proactive “get it done” mindset. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical depth and the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced global program environment.

Program & Site Leadership o Partner closely with business leads, IT solution architects, deployment group resources, and supply planning teams to implement newly designed planning processes within the SAP ecosystem. o Serve as primary FTP/IBP lead for assigned manufacturing sites, owning readiness, execution, and stabilization activities for all site resources. o Build strong working relationships with site teams to drive adoption, alignment, and accountability. - Planning Process & SAP IBP Enablement o Own successful delivery of approved planning processes (technical and business) for assigned sites and supply planning teams. o Build and maintain SAP IBP templates, alerts, and reports to support business validation and operational readiness. o Support data readiness efforts including validation, migration tracking, issue identification, and escalation. - Testing, Training & Go-Live Execution o Lead defect and issue management during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Day-in-the-Life (DITL), and Learning Lab sessions o Coordinate testing activities, track defects, and ensure timely resolution across business and IT teams. o Coordinate testing activities, track defects, and ensure timely resolution across business and IT teams. o Deliver end-user training content and ensure users are prepared for R7 go-live. o Monitor cutover and readiness checklists, proactively identifying gaps or risks. o Track and manage risks, issues, and action items to enable successful go-live and post-go-live stabilization. - Change Management & Operational Readiness o Support change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption readiness. o Document key decisions, lessons learned, and post-go-live stabilization plans. o Provide structured status updates and executive-ready reporting on site readiness and program progress.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $110.00/hr.
