The Manager, Environmental Strategic Marketing is a key role within Veralto’s Environmental Group. Responsibilities include conducting global market research to identify drivers and opportunities, understanding customer behavior across OTT HydroMet brands, and developing commercial strategies that align with business objectives and drive profitable growth. This role collaborates closely with sales, service, product management, and marketing communications teams to ensure seamless strategy execution.
This position may also lead cross-functional or company-wide initiatives to support organizational priorities and will be located in Loveland, Colorado or Fellbach, Germany, working on‑site or hybridly with remote applicants considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify global growth opportunities.
Perform market segmentation and sizing, analyze competitors’ strategies, and develop insights into customer journeys.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership.
Strategy Development:
Create and implement growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify new applications for existing products and support annual strategic reviews.
Evaluate and develop go-to-market strategies for potential M\\&A targets.
Strategic Partnerships:
Lead evaluations of third-party portfolios for synergy opportunities.
Validate business cases for partnerships and secure executive alignment for collaboration agreements.
The essential requirements of the job include
5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, market research, commercial strategy, product management, or innovation; BSc/BA required, MBA preferred.
Proven ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics), CRM systems, and market research methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Fluent in English.
Preferred Experience:
Working in high-impact, matrixed organizations.
Leading significant change initiatives, including change management.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $126,500.00 - $181,200.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Commission Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
