Enterprise Strategy is the internal consulting division of American Express. Consulting teams work directly with the CEO, the executive team, and senior leaders to provide thought leadership and an external perspective on the most important strategic priorities of the company.

**How will you make an impact in this role?**
As a Talent Management Manager, you’ll work within the Chief Strategy Officer’s executive office to support the team’s mission to attract and develop top talent. You will report to the Director of Talent Management and collaborate closely with colleagues across our London, Gurgaon, and New York offices, as well as with CEG partners. You’ll drive thought leadership and excellent project and stakeholder management to fulfill Enterprise Strategy’s talent goals.
Responsibilities include:
+ Partner closely with Enterprise Strategy’s London and India office leadership teams on office-specific programming, recruiting, and other talent initiatives
+ Talent Acquisition:
+ Provide thought partnership on recruitment strategies and provide feedback throughout each recruiting process
+ Manage campus recruiting logistics in collaboration with CEG colleagues
+ Support experienced hire recruiting, including reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews, and tracking candidates
+ Develop and deliver marketing content to attract talent
+ Track and synthesize application and hiring data, extracting insights to inform recruiting strategy
+ Learning & Development:
+ Support training development, delivery, and program coordination including scheduling and coordinating with internal and external facilitators
+ Collect feedback and support training assessment to inform curriculum enhancements
+ Research training best practices and resources
+ Own onboarding manuals and take lead on new hire onboarding processes
+ Manage headcount tracking to inform recruiting and succession planning
+ Track budget and collaborate with external vendors as needed, in partnership with Chief of Staff office
+ Support immigration process coordination for ES colleagues
+ Support special projects as needed
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, learning & development, training, or program/project management preferred
+ Experience managing multiple concurrent projects end-to-end with strong organizational skills
+ Ability to collaborate with stakeholders
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong sense of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
+ Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement
+ Experience working with consulting teams or in a consulting environment is a plus
+ Bachelor’s degree required
