PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Manager, Enterprise Analytics is responsible for leading the design, development, delivery, and ongoing optimization of enterprise analytics solutions that enable business performance, growth, and value-based care initiatives.
The Manager will balance hands-on analytics product development with people leadership. This leader will ensure high-quality analytics delivery, adherence to best practices, and strong partnership with business and technology stakeholders while advancing enterprise analytics standards, capabilities, and culture.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise analytics products and solutions aligned to organizational strategy and priorities.
Serve as a hands-on contributor to analytics development, including building and reviewing solutions using Databricks, SQL, Azure services, and Power BI.
Manage and coach a team of Analytics Product Developers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous learning.
Responsible for team-level capacity planning, resource allocation, and delivery forecasting to ensure efficient use of analytics resources.
Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and career development for analytics team members.
Partner with the Sr. Director, Enterprise Analytics and Portfolio Management to execute the enterprise analytics roadmap, delivery plans, and operating model. Collaborate with cross-functional business leaders to understand requirements, translate business needs into analytics specifications, and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure adoption of analytics best practices, including solution design standards, data modeling, QA, documentation, and Agile/iterative delivery methods.
Review and validate analytics solutions to ensure accuracy, scalability, performance, security, and compliance with data privacy and PHI requirements.
Manage team workload, priorities, and delivery commitments to meet SLAs, KPIs, and project timelines.
Act as an escalation point for complex analytics, data quality, and stakeholder issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Promote data-driven decision-making by enabling stakeholders to effectively interpret and use analytics products.
Support the evolution of enterprise analytics assets such as metric definitions, data dictionaries, and standardized reporting models.
Accountable for meeting defined SLAs, KPIs, and delivery commitments for enterprise analytics products and services.
Stay current with trends and advancements in analytics, cloud technologies, and healthcare analytics to continuously improve team capabilities.
