This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey (USA). Join our Digital Value Chain team and play a key role in advancing innovative supply chain solutions. This position supports cross-functional teams including Network Strategy, Value Chain Management (VCM), and Data Governance, collaborating with internal partners such as JJT and business SMEs, as well as external vendors and consultants. The Manager will drive the evolution and integration of two critical tools that enable strategic decision-making and end-to-end supply chain design. The role focuses on Supply Chain (SC) Maps—a time-phased digital replica of Innovative Medicine Products—and the Network Decision Support Tool (NDST or DST), which informs portfolio and network strategies through data-driven insights. This role will oversee enhancements, scalability, and integration of these tools, ensuring they meet future business needs. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, and executing prioritized expansions to deliver impactful digital solutions. Apply today for this exciting opportunity and join a team committed to advancing digital capabilities and delivering impactful solutions across the value chain! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** + **Align with Business Goals and Scaling Strategy** : Work closely with the Business Product Owner (BPO)and other stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, ensuring the solution aligns with scaling objectives and expansion for the use cases supporting key business processes. + **Gather and Prioritize Enhancement Opportunities** : Collect feedback from users, stakeholders, and analytics to identify areas for improvement or new features that support scaling while maintaining user satisfaction. + **Collaborate with Development Teams:** Work closely with Scrum Master/PM, Business Analysts, developers (Front-end and Back-end Data Engineers), UX/UI designers during iterations; clarify requirements and answer questions during sprints. + **Ensure DST Business Continuity:** Engage with stakeholders to get data and requirements for scenario runs and refresh/develop scenarios in DSTas needed. + **Create and Manage the Product Backlog:** Maintain a well-organized backlog of user stories, features, and fixes; ensure that the backlog is transparent and accessible to the team. **QUALIFICATIONS:** **EDUCATION:** + Minimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree is required; a focused degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Science, or related field and/or Master’s or MBA degree preferred **EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:** **Required:** + Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience + Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain Planning and/or Digital Transformation projects within a global environment + Strong analytical and technology orientation + Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain design including flow and key design parameters + Proven experience in project management + Strong communication and effective stakeholder management skills **Preferred:** + Experience with data engineering (e.g., Azure, Databricks, etc.), coding (e.g., Python), digital product development, and/or GenAI knowledge + Familiarity with supply chain simulation/optimization, supply chain planning tools, and/or modeling tools (e.g., Coupa, Lyric, Advanced MS Excel, Blue Yonder, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9, OMP, SAP, or Anaplan) + Knowledge of industry standards such as APICS or equivalent + Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or related industry experience **OTHER:** + Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally + Requires up to 15% domestic and international travel depending on work location and business needs + Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week _\#LI-Hybrid_ _Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
