MANAGER DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

JOB PURPOSE

A strategic, cross-functional role that aligns technical solutions with business needs and human change managementLead the organization through the integration and applications of modern digital technologies to change how it operates fundamentally and delivers value to the customers

KEY TASKS

Analyze existing as-is business processes, system workflows and capabilities to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvementEvaluate business use cases to determine where the integration of specific technology platforms, software, and tools (e.g., AI, automation, big data) can provide a strategic advantage or solution.Design optimized to-be digital workflows that utilize AI and/or automation to maximize efficiency and customer experienceWork closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, data scientists, IT partners to translate complex technical strategies into clear, actionable business strategies and requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCollaborate with senior leadership to define a multi-year digital transformation roadmap that aligns technology investments with high-level business goals and long-term strategyConvert digital transformation roadmap into structured, measurable, and actionable plansLead digital transformation initiatives, monitor and provide stakeholders the update about current progress, risks and next steps in the plansLeverage data analytics to gain insights into process performance and project outcomesDevelop communication and training plans to ensure employees are prepared, trained, and willing to adopt new digital systems and operational models to overcome resistance to change.Stay current with the latest trends and developments in the digital and tech space (e.g., new AI developments) to identify opportunities for continuous innovation. Provide advice, assistance, or knowledge transfer to less experienced colleagues

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Data Science/ Engineering/ Business AdministrationFamiliarity with AI & ML technologies Familiarity with Data Analytic (SQL, Python, and BI platforms)Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation’sExperiences with Software Development and Methodologies (e.g, Agile), and UX/UI principlesUnderstanding of cybersecurity and protective measuresProject / Program management certification (e.g., PRINCE2)5+ years of relevant professional experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or strategic technology roles
