Manager, Digital Transformation
SBM Management is seeking a dynamic Manager, Digital Transformation. The Manager will help spearhead the integration of digital technology across all business areas, fundamentally transforming operations and customer value delivery. This role will also drive cultural change, encouraging organizations to challenge the status quo, experiment, and embrace failure in the pursuit of innovation and improvement. Who You Are:You’re curious and growth-minded, always looking for ways to improve and evolve.You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where adaptability is key.You welcome feedback and use it as a tool for continuous improvement.You’re excited by opportunities to expand your knowledge and skill set.You take initiative in your personal and professional development. What You'll Do:Lead, guide, and support multiple work streams through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies, including identifying change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure.Ensure alignment among stakeholders.Manage large-scale, strategic projects from start to finish, ensuring work stays on track, maintains high quality, and aligns with goals.Assist in the delivery of program strategies to implement complex processes and systems.Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross-functional leaders and project team members.Promote the vision of operational transformation among business users, cross-functional leaders, and other stakeholders; act as the primary focal point for engagement.Manage communication and actively engage stakeholders, including senior management, on program status, deliverables, and expectations.Oversee system integrations to deliver impactful and timely results. What You Bring:Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and influence strategic decision-making.Experience in change management and project management methodologies.Demonstrated desire to learn and grow professionally, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to analyze fragmented processes, develop solutions, and drive adoption of best practices.Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the aptitude to influence and cultivate relationships at all organizational levels.Possession of a valid driver’s license may be necessary.A BA/BS degree OR relevant professional experience. Nice to Have:Proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem of products, including Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, and Power Apps.Demonstrated success in leveraging AI technologies to drive digital transformation initiatives and enhance business processes and outcomes.PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or other relevant project management and problem-solving certifications.Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year            Shift: M-F 8-5pm               SBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal opportunity workplaces.
