Job Description

This role offers a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of cutting-edge AI innovation and go-to-market strategy. You'll work directly with senior leaders to shape how AI transforms Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, while gaining exposure to both business and technical stakeholders across the organization. It's an ideal position for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building executive-facing narratives, and driving real impact from emerging technologies. With high visibility, strategic scope, and hands-on involvement in AI value creation, this role is a strong launchpad for future leadership in tech strategy or product innovation.
 

What you get to do in this role:   

Support the Director of GTM and AI Strategy in:

Shaping and documenting AI and tech strategy for each of our Sales, Partner and Marketing teamsAssessing opportunities to deploy AI on behalf of GTM teams by running innovation workshops and developing business cases to determine valueConducting analyses to determine the value created by technology and AI use cases, and make recommendations on how to increase impact for each use caseDeveloping executive-level presentations that describe the value our AI use cases have createdConducting interviews and research to help define our AI and technology playbook (e.g., operating and governance model improvements between business, product and technical stakeholders)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.5+ years of work experienceFoundational knowledge of product, technical and GTM conceptsExperience solving complex, ambiguous problemsExperience working with and presenting information to business and technical stakeholdersAbility to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentManagement consulting experience is a plus, but not required
