Overview
As a Manager of the Logistics Pod under Digital Supply Chain, you will play a key role in creating a product roadmap that supports our Digital Supply Chain strategy. You will serve as the conduit between business requirements and our technical development team.
You will build a deep understanding of the targeted business practices and build close relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure that the development team’s effort is aligned with our business objectives. You will be responsible for key features that will transform our Logistics Operations Team’s routines, and you will heavily influence the value and KPI’s as our measure for success.
Some of the current projects under the Logistics Pod includes OTM integration and innovation, transportation planning and execution, warehouse labor planning and execution, E2E load management execution, claims management and execution, AI agent integration, and EWM integration.
You can expect the following responsibilities as a Manager under Logistics Pod within Digital Supply Chain-
Help define a clear product strategy and vision and work with product owner to establish product’s business value
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align with their business strategy and product requirements
Able to effectively translate business user needs to the development team (BI engineers, Data engineers, Data scientists, Software engineers, ML Ops engineers, UIUX designers… etc)
Translate output from usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design
Manage development progress of key features from discovery to production
Play a key leadership role on Agile team(s) and work onsite on a weekly basis, leveraging Jira, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodology
QUALIFICATIONS
Have 3-5 years of business experience (logistics/planning/supply chain consulting preferred)
Possesses strong collaborative & analytical skills
Experienced in breaking down complex problems into achievable, incremental milestones
Experienced in translating business requirements into technical and functional specifications
Passionate about continuous improvement and disruptive technologies
Be an innovative thinker with ambitious
Possesses logistics systems knowledge (SAP ECC, APO, OTM, OMP… etc)
Possesses proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake greatly preferred

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 – $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
