Manager, Digital Strategy, Global Campaigns Virtual Programs
The Manager of Digital Marketing Strategy will lead a team of digital marketers dedicated to collaborating cross-functionally to build integrated frameworks across existing and new digital and offline programs. This team will also lead various aspects of operational planning for scale digital programs, and drive digital innovation to support the Amazon Services (AWS) Global Campaigns team in generating awareness and demand.

In this role, you will manage and set direction for a team that architects and executes programs to accelerate new lead generation and customer lifecycle progression to support the growth objectives of the Global Campaigns team. You will be responsible for creating go-to-market strategies for assigned AWS campaigns and solution areas as well as test, measure and monitor impact of tactical execution. You will own channel performance of a variety of Amazon owned (AWS website, Site Merchandising, Organic Social) and paid (Paid search, Display ads, Paid Media etc.) channels and optimization frameworks.

Our ideal candidate has creative ideas combined with extensive analytic and data-driven B2B experience, and the ability to work both strategically and tactically to generate best-in-class programs. The ability to effectively program manage projects, influence others, and collaborate across a variety of internal teams and multiple stakeholders is critical. They are detail-oriented and organized, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

You will lead the building, deployment and activation as part of global, integrated initiatives; while driving a vision for how global deployment helps achieve goals; and defining and implementing best practices across an enterprise organization.


This role will sit in Seattle, WA. Relocation offered to this location only from within the USA only.

Key job responsibilities
- Develops and manages a team of digital marketers, setting the functional strategy and core development of the team
- Manages and executes key strategic, cross-functional, operational initiatives across core business priorities
- Liaises with Digital Marketing Stakeholders (Email, Measurement, Site Merch, Web, Social, Paid Media) across strategic initiatives including website migrations, site merchandising process optimizations, global lead scoring, global digital compliance, Thought Leadership, EBR process, and strategic digital integration with other AWS Marketing teams
- Leads the coordination of digital agency integration with Product and Solution Campaigns
- Drives A/B, multivariate, and incrementality testing to arrive at data-driven conclusions for campaign frameworks - regarding how to most effectively engage customers within channels (e.g. cadence, frequency, etc.)
- Develops and implements targeting and segmentation best practices that can be leveraged across AWS Marketing
- Develops and executes test plans across all channels
- Establishes and maintains scalable processes for paid and owned channel activation
- Drives efficiencies and scale in the design of customer lifecycle experiences from look/feel, to content flow, to user experience
- Offers support on operational initiatives for the localization process for global deployments and scale - Collaborates with internal managers, in-region Field teams, external agencies, PMM, and other internal stakeholders to create the best experiences for AWS customers
