As a Manager, Digital Solutions, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. On the Digital Solutions team reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Solutions, you will work on projects and lead end-to-end delivery for enhancing or building new capabilities for HSM Digital Solutions platforms that enable commercial growth, supplier programs, and operational efficiency.
This role is accountable for architecting, configuring, developing, and maintaining core business applications and integrations (e.g., CRM, supplier portals, workflow automation, data and analytics enablement), including connections to the HSM Data Lake, websites, and other internal/external applications. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams (data/ETL, web, business intelligence (BI), and third-party vendors) to translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions. While Salesforce is an important platform in the ecosystem, the scope includes broader digital products and technologies used across HSM.
What you'll do during a typical day:
Lead delivery of digital solution roadmaps and platform enhancements from discovery through deployment and adoption.Elicit and document business requirements; create functional and technical design documentation aligned to business outcomes.Develop data models, security/permission models, and automation processes.Establish reliable release management practices (environments, testing, change control) and lead quality via unit, integration, and performance testing.Stay current with platform updates and standard methodologies; identify opportunities to adopt new capabilities (including AI features) that improve team productivity and user experience.How you'll collaborate with others:
Partner with business users to understand requirements, build functional design documentation, and develop technology solutions that align with business goals.Work with external vendors to plan work, manage dependencies, and ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations.Projects you'll take ownership of:
Design integrations and data flows between business applications, HSM Data Lake, websites, and third-party systems using APIs and integration tools.Deliver Salesforce Experience Cloud portals, including external user authentication and authorization, row-level data access and sharing architecture, and vendor-managed development.Develop custom applications, customizations, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce development tools.What It Takes to Make the StayYou have these minimum qualifications:
Five (5) years of professional experience in technology platform delivery, technical product management, systems integration, data architecture, or related fieldThree (3) years of specialized development experience implementing and/or developing on enterprise business platforms including Salesforce environments (e.g., Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.)This is a hybrid role and will require you to be near the McLean officeIt would be useful if you have:
Project Management knowledgeSalesforce Administrator or Developer CertificationsSupply chain and procurement domain knowledgeExperience with data warehousing/BI concepts and toolsRelevant certifications in other enterprise platformsHospitality Industry experience
