Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Product, you’ll play a central role in managing a remote, cross-functional squad composed of designers, developers, QA analysts, and content professionals. This is a high-impact role with broad exposure to digital, tech, and marketing partners. You won’t manage direct reports, but you’ll guide the team by influence—bringing clarity, prioritization, and focus to collaborative delivery work. As part of this role, you’ll also support a company-wide digital transformation project—an exciting effort that includes a full website redesign, a rebuild of HUB’s front-end platform, and a transition to new digital tools and systems. **What you’ll do** + Lead Agile product delivery: Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iteration reviews for a dedicated digital squad. + Translate strategy into execution: Write user stories and acceptance criteria that reflect business goals, user needs, and technical constraints. + Collaborate across functions: Partner closely with UX, development, QA, and marketing to deliver seamless digital experiences. + Champion continuous improvement: Use retrospectives, early demos, and performance data to refine the team’s process and outputs. + Define priorities with clarity: Own and manage the sprint backlog, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term vision. + Measure impact: Work with analytics and stakeholders to define KPIs, track success, and iterate based on insights. + Ensure readiness and quality: Validate that stories meet definition of done, are testable, and support high-quality releases. + Align stakeholders: Foster communication between digital product, brand, marketing, and technology teams to ensure delivery supports HUB’s enterprise goals. + Contribute to strategic programs: Play a supporting role in enterprise-wide initiatives like HUB’s website modernization and front-end rebuild, helping the broader digital team deliver innovative new capabilities. **Who you are** + A collaborative leader who can influence without authority and unify people toward common outcomes. + Comfortable operating in Agile environments and working through ambiguity. + Deeply user-focused, with a passion for creating intuitive, meaningful digital experiences. + Energized by problem-solving, data-driven thinking, and creating structure from complexity. + Able to switch between strategic thinking and detailed execution, without losing sight of the big picture. **What you’ll bring:** + 3–5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in a matrixed, enterprise environment. + Direct experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid). + Strong experience partnering with development, design, and QA teams to deliver software or web-based products. + Familiarity with CMS platforms (Sitecore experience is a plus). + Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Analytics, GA4, or similar. + Basic comfort with HTML, digital platforms, and tagging principles. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience aligning multiple stakeholder groups. **JOIN OUR TEAM** Do you believe in the power of innovation, collaboration, and transformation?
