Manager, Digital Marketing
How You’ll Support Our Mission
As our Manager of Digital Marketing, you’ll lead a team responsible for driving sales pipeline and opportunity creation through our digital ecosystem with a strong emphasis on website performance and demand generation strategy. You will improve our existing digital infrastructure, optimize ad targeting and distribution, strengthen our SEO/GEO/SEM strategy, and ensure our website is a high-performing engine for inbound demand. You’ll lead a small in-house team and coordinate with external partners to deliver measurable results. This leader will monitor and report on campaign and website performance regularly, tracking critical metrics and using those insights to continually optimize our approach. You’ll collaborate closely with our Content, Operations, and Creative Teams, as well as agency partners, to execute a strong inbound plan that aligns with our go-to-market strategy. This leadership position reports into the Revenue Marketing leader in marketing.

Who You Are – The Essentials
8+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years of leadership experience. Proven track record of using customer-focused data and insights to improve digital performance. Experience leading SEO, SEM, PPC, and website optimization efforts (with oversight, not just execution). Strong understanding of website UX, conversion rate optimization, and analytics. Demonstrated ability to manage both in-house talent and external agencies.Who You Are – The Desirables
