The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for the project management, analysis, and day-to-day QA of agency execution across Crate and Barrel brand for Digital Media to drive overall company traffic, sales, and customer development targets through obsessive data-driven optimizations tailored by customer type, category, and channel, coupled with an always-on test and scale mentality (AI, Betas, etc.).
This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

Facilitate direction and guidance for digital channel execution to agencies, covering paid search, programmatic display, online video, CTV, affiliate, and paid social, while considering customers’ multichannel experienceLead implementation of channel-level strategyManage program budgets, pacing along with reporting and analysisOversee key vendor and agency relationships, ensuring effective collaboration and executionEnhance digital media programs by using state-of-the-art tools and automation whenever possibleDrive topline sales through increased marketing contributions to e-commerce, retail, and overall performance via obsessive data-driven optimizations tailored by customer type, category, and channel, coupled with an always-on test and scale mentality (AI, Betas, etc.)Serve as an expert on digital media within the company and create awareness of its opportunities and challengesImplement and improve account management processes such as creative development, audience-specific strategies, and overall optimizationWork cross-functionally across paid and organic media and brand teams to manage strategy across audiences, geo, promotions, etc.Conduct deep-dive analyses and reporting to inform strategy, optimization, and other key decision-makingPartner with marketing analytics and customer analytics teams to refine tactics and improve campaign performanceLeverage Media Mix Modeling to optimize media mix and allocation for maximum ROIWork toward automation of repetitive daily/weekly/monthly tasksCollaborate with Creative on ad development and testingPartner with Media agency to improve overall brand visibility and drive maximum efficiencyContinuously develop ways to improve the program using state-of-the-art tools and automation whenever possibleParticipate in projects that increase the department's technical capabilities, improve data structures and data integrity, and promote new strategic effortsWhat you’ll bring to the table…

5 years experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Media or Paid Social, e-commerce, Analytics, or a related fieldRetail Digital Marketing experience highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in marketing or analytics or equivalent work experienceExperience partnering with vendors or 3rd parties in the following areas: ensuring that deadlines are met, that plans are accurate and budget/goals are achievedProficiency in Web Analytics tools (Adobe/Omniture, Google Analytics), SQL, Access or related knowledge in their underlying processes preferredFamiliarity with Google Ad Tech Stack a strong plusMedia Mix Modeling Experience preferredAdvanced proficiency in Excel requiredMinimum Starting Rate: $68,000.00 AnnuallyUp to: $90,000.00 AnnuallyPay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law.
