Manager, Digital Marketing – TMTT
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional marketing professional to join a team that is boldly innovating and commercializing transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies. TMTT is dedicated to solving the complex challenges of mitral and tricuspid disease to transform treatment and significantly improve patients’ lives.
Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Manager, Digital Marketing will provide expertise and lead the optimization of digital marketing effectiveness.
How you will make an impact:
Develop the digital strategy and manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns to support key BU initiatives, product launches and therapy development efforts
Develop and optimize omnichannel campaigns including email, web, SEO/SEM, paid media, and social media to drive awareness, education and adoption among interventional cardiologists and heart teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital strategies align with business priorities, and deliver regionally relevant, consistent customer experiences across all touch points
Manage and evolve the TMTT digital ecosystem, including website and digital assets, to support multiple customer segments across commercial stages of the portfolio
Analyze digital performance metrics and apply insights to track ROI, and continually improve effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Manage media agencies and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of campaigns and projects
Champion internal digital marketing enablement through education, playbooks, and collaborative planning processes with global and regional stakeholders
Act as digital marketing steward for Edwards' global digital marketing and BU portfolio to ensure they are consistently and meaningfully represented by all internal stakeholders, across all customer touch points worldwide
Contribute to annual strategic planning and budgeting for digital marketing programs, ensuring alignment with business goals
What you will need (required):
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, or Master's Degree or equivalent and 6 years of related experience working in digital marketing
Proven experience in articulating digital initiatives and educating other members of the organization by contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards
Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools required (e.g., web CMS, CRM, ABM platforms); Other platforms preferred (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce.com, Hootsuite)
Experience working with complex B2B sales processes or Technology/Medical Devices/Pharma industry
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $167,000 (highly experienced).
