This includes setting goals, developing plans, and executing strategies to improve operational efficiency. Come be a part of a team that values your contributions and provides ample opportunities for personal and professional growth! **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve a pivotal function in orchestrating collaboration across diverse departments, elevating processes, and enhancing overall performance to meet and exceed organizational targets. + Shape and refine the Digital Data Strategies that support the initiatives of Transcend 1.0 and Transcend 2.0. + Demonstrate strong leadership, strategic foresight, and exceptional problem-solving abilities, all vital for optimizing processes, enhancing performance, and ensuring alignment of operational activities with the company’s overarching objectives. + Efficiently allocate resources, effectively manage costs, and ensure the organization remains within budgetary constraints. + Actively support the talent strategy for both the development and recruitment of digital skills and data ownership within the business. + Lead the creation and implementation of industry-leading metrics that assess the delivery and value of services provided. + Oversee compliance audits to guarantee adherence to regulations and the precision of financial reporting. Guide audit teams, support and refine audit plans, scrutinize financial records, and ensure the efficacy of internal controls. This role is essential for sustaining financial integrity and transparency within the MedTech Supply Chain. + Direct the orchestration of quarterly business reviews (QBR) to highlight value and outcomes, enhancing future operational performance. + Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders on Organizational Design initiatives. **Qualifications** **Education:** + A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred but not mandatory. **Experience and Skills:** **Required:** + At least 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning is essential. + A robust background in optimization modeling is highly desirable. + Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, are mandatory. + Demonstrated strength in interdependent teamwork and team management is required. + Proven track record to effectively lead projects, timelines, and the dynamics of change management. + Exceptional communication skills that facilitate transparency in conveying sophisticated ideas in a compelling manner to individuals at all interpersonal levels, both verbally and in writing. + A commitment to fostering a culture of harmonization, continuous process improvement, and value creation across the organization is essential. **Other:** + Remote, with support for global teams. + Travel Requirements: Up to 10%. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
