If you’re ready to make an outsized impact in a fast-changing industry, we’d love to hear from you. **Description** We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager, Demand Generation to own the full pipeline engine for SMB growth and customer expansion. This leader will design and execute programs that attract, nurture, and convert new customers while also driving retention and expansion within our existing base. The role also oversees Marketing Operations, ensuring seamless lead management, strong data integrity, and clear visibility into performance. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relevant field. + 8–12+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong track record in SMB demand generation and lifecycle/customer marketing. + Proven success driving acquisition, retention, and expansion through digital-first campaigns. + Knowledge of AI technologies and how to leverage them to improve demand generation and marketing operations. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and tie marketing activities to revenue outcomes. + Experience collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to achieve pipeline goals. + 5+ years of people leadership experience and skills to build, coach, and scale a high-performing team. **Preferred Qualifications** + Excellent interpersonal skills for managing performance and cross-functional collaboration. + Experience with Pardot, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, as well as experiment-based decision making preferred. **Pay & Benefits** At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $191,400 and $288,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
