As a Manager, Data & Analytics, you will play a role in supporting the Third-Party Supplier Management data solutions and delivery. This is a unique opportunity to support the execution of key components of Digital Transformation, including: data analytics, automation, quality management, and operational efficiency. This role will drive strategic, timely, actionable and accurate insights to business partners and senior leaders in a Third-Party Supplier Management environment.Job Description
What will you do?
Support the Third-Party Supplier Management office in Data analysis, Automation, and the creation of new data assetsUtilize cutting edge business intelligence capabilities to optimize business results, define, measure, and deliver insights and mitigate risk.Contribute to the development of analytical models, dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights for management.Contribute to the use of advanced AI analytics (e.g. predictive modeling, machine learning) in third party risk managementContribute to ad-hoc reporting capabilities to support data requests and business inquiries using advanced PowerPoint skillsSupport for key T&O Supplier Management data initiatives, including, but not limited to Contractor Workforce Optimization and Third-Party Supplier Risk Monitoring.Leverage various data sources (internal metrics, benchmarking data, Procurement, Risk, Finance, CWM, IT) to produce data visualizations that highlight actionable Third-Party insights in support of strategic business initiatives.Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all data sources and systems (i.e. Archer, IIPM, Service Now, iValua, Beeline).Partner with stakeholders across T&O to validate outcomes and ensure requirements are met.Test and validate (unit testing) new and existing reports and analytics for adherence to business and technical requirementsMaintenance of the T&O SMO Data Dictionary and contribution to broader TPSS data team initiativesDevelop and maintain reliable data pipelines to automate data ingestion, transformation, and deliveryWrite efficient, production-quality SQL and Python scripts for ETL/ELT processesApply data modeling principles (e.g., star/snowflake schemas) to design and organize datasets for reporting and analysisMonitor and validate data quality, completeness, and lineage to ensure trustworthy insightsMust-have
Strong technical skills, including experience with data warehousing, business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), and programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python)Advanced Excel skills (i.e., Visual Basic Macros, pivot tables, formulas (ex. IF statements), etc.) Understanding of relational databases and tools (ex. Data Modeling, Microsoft SQL Server).Experience in AI deliverables (Ex. Product Owner/Development/Prompt Engineering)Development of analytical models, dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights for risk and supplier management.Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment.Analysis skills - being able to make meaningful conclusions looking at large volumes of data.Understanding business/functional requirements and willingness to take on a product owner role over your work.Nice-to-have
